Join the OWWA YP Committee on Friday, April 14th for the 2023 R.C. Harris Water Treatment Plant Tour! The R.C. Harris facility is Toronto's largest water treatment plant. It was originally constructed in the 1930's with architectural styling that has earned it the moniker of "The Palace of Purification". It is also a national historic civil engineering site, designated historical building and a popular location for filming.
Behind the glitz and glamour lies a world-class conventional treatment process that also includes onsite residuals management and a piloting facility!
