Lakefront Utility Services Inc. (LUSI) is seeking a skilled and experienced Manager of Water Systems’ Operations to lead and manage the operation, maintenance, and compliance of multiple municipal water systems, including Cobourg, Cramahe, and Alnwick/Haldimand.
Reporting directly to the President & CEO, this key leadership role ensures the consistent delivery of safe, high-quality drinking water in full compliance with Ontario regulations, while also fostering continuous improvement, team development, and operational excellence across all systems.
