This is an exciting opportunity to support the Centre in achieving its Mission: To educate and support clients as they manage their water systems to safeguard water resources. The Walkerton Clean Water Centre (WCWC) is seeking a qualified professional or post-secondary student (co-op term/placement) to fill a temporary, twelve (12)-month contract as a full-time Technician I. Reporting to the Manager of Research & Technology, and receiving guidance and/or direction from other Research and Technology Department staff, you will support the work of the Department, from the operation and maintenance of equipment in the Technology Demonstration facility/laboratory, to shipping and receiving of all training equipment, pilot testing projects, and assisting in setting up and delivering select hands-on training courses.
