CCTV Inspections; Using PACP Data for Asset Management

NASSCO's PACP is the North American Standard for pipeline defect identification and assessment, providing standardization and consistency to the methods in which pipeline conditions are identified, evaluated and managed. The goal of PACP is to have pipeline system owners create a comprehensive database to properly identify, plan, prioritize, manage and renovate their pipeline based on condition evaluation.
The presentation will provide an overview of ways to interpret an analyze CCTV inspection data to make informative and defendable asset management decisions on sewer pipes.
A look at the Region of Peel's CCTV Priorization Program

This presentation will highlight the Region of Peel's CCTV Prioritization Program. We will review and discuss how we leverage existing data to create an evidence-based approach to completing the CCTV inspections. In addition, we will highlight the prioritization methods used for coordinating and scheduling the CCTV and then State of Good Repair Programs.
Forcemain Inspection: Getting your Priorities Straight

The City of Hamilton will share their development of an evaluation framework intended to prioritize forcemain criticality and prioritize required upgrades. This evaluation process is intended as a low-cost planning tool to optimize returns on system improvements. Although used for a subset of the City's forcemains as a pilot project, the evaluation process is intended to be a repeatable process which can be applied to additional assets in future iterations.
