The Municipal Engineers Association (MEA) is pleased to be offering its upcoming Contract Delivery and Ontario Provincial Standards (OPS) Course at the Guelph Roads School from April 27-29, 2026.
This course is designed to support municipal staff in strengthening their understanding of contract administration, construction delivery, and the application of OPS specifications and drawings in day-to-day practice. With the Ministry of Transportation currently working toward greater harmonization of standards across the province, this is a timely opportunity for organizations to ensure their teams are well prepared and informed.
